After every gig, both the client and the worker rate each other. We use a star system, ranging from one star (minimum) to five stars (maximum).
Average ratings for all workers and clients are visible on the platform. This keeps things transparent. Always give an honest rating so other clients can rely on it too.
You can also rate the worker on specific skills. Did someone really stand out? Mention it. This will be clearly visible on the worker's profile for other clients to see.
Want to add more detail? You can leave a comment to explain why you were (or weren't) happy. This is a great place to share feedback.
The star rating and skills are visible to everyone. The written feedback is only visible to the worker and the client involved in the gig.
