The title, this is the first thing a worker sees. Make it clear and catchy. Always mention the role and location. Be creative! For example:

"Are you handy? Join our assembly team in Breda!"

The description, make it clear what you’re looking for and what the worker will be doing.

  • The request: What do you need?
  • Tasks: List them using bullet points.
  • List skills and dress code using bullet points.
  • Keep it simple: No jargon, no long sentences. Keep it short and sweet.
  • Mention things that make the gig attractive (like a free lunch).
  • Clearly state the location and contact person.

Tip: Is this a recurring gig? Mention it. Workers love knowing there’s potential for more work.
