6 tips for a catchy gig description
A catchy title
The title is the first thing workers see in the app. Make sure it immediately explains the gig and sparks curiosity. Be creative!
Example:
"Are you a real go-getter? Start as a mover in Nijmegen! ?"
Attractive context
Why should a worker choose your gig? Describe what makes your company special: a great team, after-work drinks, or a cool workspace. This is how you stand out.
Use bullet points
Make info easy to scan:
- Who are you?
- What will they do?
- Other tasks
- Dress code
- Accessibility
The text
Use relevant emojis in the title and description to stand out.
Only write what workers really need to know.
Do they need experience or can they learn on the job? Are there opportunities for more work? Be clear. This makes your text more attractive to read.
Favourites pool
Mention that you work with a favourites pool. Workers will see that performing well gives them a chance to work for you more often.
Duplicate templates
Want to use this description for other roles? Click the three dots next to the template and duplicate it. You can then change the title for the new role. This saves you a lot of effort.
