After the gig, the worker submits their hours via the YoungOnes app. As a client, you have 3 options:
Approve
Agree with the hours? Click the checkmark.
Give the worker a star rating, review their skills, and leave feedback. Did multiple workers work on one gig? You can approve all hours at once.
Decline
Don't agree with the hours? Click the cross.
Provide a clear reason and make a counter-proposal for the correct amount of hours.
You still give a star rating, review skills, and leave feedback. This keeps things transparent.
Not completed
Did the worker not work at all? Click the briefcase icon with a line through it. Explain clearly why the gig wasn't completed and if you both agreed on this.
- Agreed cancellation? Ask the worker to cancel on time in the future. You can then finish the 'no-show' report without consequences.
- No-show without notice, but hours submitted? Report the worker via their profile.
Processing & archive
You have seven days to review the hours.
Once approved, the gig moves to ‘Archived’.
There, you can always see the approved hours and the reviews you gave and received.
