Does a worker have a VAT number, but doesn’t charge 21% VAT? Then they are using the Small Business Scheme (KOR).
This scheme has been in place since January 2020. Workers using the KOR are exempt from VAT. They don’t file VAT returns and don’t receive VAT for their gigs.
