Workers can do 3 gigs via YoungOnes without a VAT- or Chamber of Commerce-number. You register their hours via the UBD-regulation. UBD stands for Uitbetaalde Bedragen aan Derden. You submit this data to the Tax Authority yourself. Do this every year before 1 February.

Our invoices show exactly which workers fall under this regulation. We split this clearly. You see UBD-workers and workers with a VAT-number separately.

We make it easy for you. Every year you receive a total overview of your UBD-workers. You upload this file to the Tax Authority portal yourself. We will let you know when it’s time.

Why do you have to submit this?

You and the worker enter into an agreement per gig. This agreement is between you and the worker directly. Our platform only makes this possible. You are the paying party. YoungOnes only acts as a cashier.
