The challenge: picking the best one. What should you look for?
Once workers respond, you can view their profiles and pick the right person. Here’s what to check:
Personal details
At the top, you’ll find their name, age, contact details, and a profile picture. This gives you a first impression of their vibe and background. In doubt? Give the worker a quick call to get a better feel.
Replacements and completed gigs
You can always see the percentage of gigs the worker completed themselves. A high completion rate means you can count on this person.
Reviews
Reviews show how satisfied other clients were. You’ll see previous gigs, average scores, and strengths. This tells you if someone is a good fit for your gig.
Skills
Besides star ratings, you’ll see feedback on specific skills with a thumbs up or down. Does the worker score well on the skills you need? Then it’s likely a good match.
Work experience
This is like a CV, added by the worker themselves. You can immediately see if their experience matches your gig.
Note: Pick your worker on time. If a worker waits too long for an answer, they might look for another gig and withdraw their response.
