Favourites pool
Happy with a worker? Add them to your favourites pool.
Next time they respond to a gig, you’ll immediately see they are a favourite.
This saves you time when looking for the right person.
You can also share a gig exclusively with your favourites pool.
Only workers in that pool can see and respond to the gig.
This is perfect if you like working with a fixed team.
When posting a gig, just check the box: ‘Send this gig exclusively to’.
Haven't created any labels yet? Then you don't need to select anything.
Blocking and unblocking
Was a worker not a great match? You can block them. Your gigs will no longer be visible to that worker. This prevents them from being picked again. Want to give someone another chance? Just unblock them in your account.
Labels for favourites
You can link favourites to labels. This allows you to send a gig exclusively to workers with a specific label. It makes picking the right person even easier.
You can create labels in your account settings.
Think of labels like ‘hospitality’, ‘fixed team’, or ‘weekend pool’.
