YoungOnes makes working with workers simple and clear. You have a few obligations to keep the collaboration smooth.
Communication with the worker
Did you find the right worker? You make the first move. Contact the worker to discuss the gig.
Share the location, time, and all important details.
Do not change these details without consulting. Last-minute changes might mean the worker cannot attend. This could also lead to unexpected travel costs. Always discuss a solution together if things change.
Cancelling
Do you accept a worker? Then they count on the gig happening.
You might need to cancel the gig yourself. You can do this within the cancellation period without consequences. You choose this period yourself when posting every gig.
Did you cancel too late? Then the worker may invoice 50% of the agreed hours.
Approving hours
The worker enters their hours in the app after the gig.
You approve them as soon as possible.
Facturing starts immediately after your approval.
Payment
We handle the invoices and pay the workers. You only need to transfer the outstanding amount within 14 days. We take care of the rest. Read more here.
