Creating a profile and posting a gig on YoungOnes is free. You only pay when a worker successfully completes the gig.
Platform and insurance fees
You pay €4.75 per hour worked per worker. This covers platform use and insurance.
Hourly rate for the worker
You choose the hourly rate yourself. The minimum is €16.00, but the average is around €19 per hour. Your total invoice = hours worked × hourly rate + platform fees (excl. VAT).
Workers enter their hours in the app after the gig. You approve them or make a counter-offer. Then, you receive the invoice by email.
No hidden costs
Since you work with freelancers, you have no employer risks. No sick pay, no holiday pay, and no insurance hassles. You only pay for hours worked. No gig = no costs. Just keep an eye on your cancellation period. Find more details on costs here.
Discounts
We don't negotiate on price. We treat every client equally. Do you use YoungOnes a lot? Then we offer a volume discount. The more gigs you post, the higher the discount.
This discount scale applies for 52 weeks from your first gig and then resets. We calculate the discount separately from the insurance fee.
