Did you set up your organisation with different departments? You can add a unique sub-account with one or more users to every department. You also decide the usage rights yourself. This way, you easily manage which features are accessible for each user. There are two types of users:
Administrator
The administrator manages the main account and has all permissions. This person can make changes in all sub-accounts. You can set up multiple administrators to share these responsibilities with other colleagues.
User
An administrator creates a user account. Users cannot make changes to the sub-account itself. They only have the permissions you assign to them. Think of rights like:
Posting gigs
Managing locations
Accepting, changing, or cancelling workers
Checking submitted hours and rating workers
Managing favourite and blocked workers
You always adjust these rights per sub-account.
For every gig, you link a contact person. Workers see these contact details as soon as they accept the gig. A contact person does not need a login; they only receive an email with all gig details, including the attendance list.
