Follow these four tips to build a strong pool of favourites:
Be clear in your gig
State in your gig description that you are building a pool of favourites. Workers will know that performing well increases their chances of a next gig.
Discuss it directly
Is the gig finished and are you satisfied? Say it immediately. Ask the worker if they are available more often in the coming period.
Stay critical
Your pool of favourites grows naturally. Stay selective. Regularly check if your pool is up to date. You can also contact workers who haven’t responded for a long time.
Involve the worker
Make workers feel like part of your team. A good bond increases the chance that they respond to your gigs faster.
Centralise communication
Use one channel, like a WhatsApp group, to reach all favourites at once. Do you have a new gig? Share the gig link in the group and everyone is informed instantly.
