Did a worker fail to finish a gig? You need to report this so they can't submit any hours. This also keeps the platform transparent for other clients.
Go to ‘gigs’ in your account and select ‘check hours’. Click on the gig and the worker, then choose the ‘no-show’ option. The worker can no longer submit hours, and their completion rate will drop. This makes their profile less attractive and harder to get new gigs.
