Once you accept a worker for a gig, an agreement is automatically generated and digitally signed. This document contains all arrangements, like the hourly rate, hours, location, and skills. The worker can view this agreement at any time by clicking the blue icon at the bottom of the gig.
Why isn't YoungOnes a party in the agreement?
We aren't a party in the agreement because the tax authorities don't allow three-party agreements. Besides, we are purely a facilitating platform where clients and workers meet. We don't play a role in the agreement for a gig. However, we do stay involved through our terms of use.
