Yes, a worker can work for you for a longer period. You post gigs on a daily basis. Use the calendar function to post gigs for a longer period. You can also call a worker directly to make plans for the long term.
Both the freelancer and the client must prevent false self-employment. We send you a notification when a worker reaches 600 hours for you. This limit applies over a rolling 12-month period. Always use different workers to avoid risks.
