Yes. As a client, you have a verification obligation. This means you must check identification documents on-site. Always verify that you are working with the right person. And ensure that person is authorised to work in the Netherlands.
Every worker on YoungOnes first goes through an ID check. This ensures that only workers with the correct work authorisation can accept gigs. We have these checks carried out by a third party.
A valid ID at YoungOnes is:
- Dutch passport
- Dutch identity card
- Dutch residence permit (stating 'Arbeid vrij toegestaan' or 'Arbeid als zelfstandige')
For EU/EEA and Swiss passports, you also need a valid BSN statement.
Please note: A Dutch driving licence is not a valid ID for the ID check.
