Did a worker fail to complete a gig? Usually, these consequences apply:
1st time = Official warning
2nd time = 2-week ban from responding to new gigs
3rd time = 1-month ban from responding to new gigs
4th time = 3-month ban from responding to new gigs
There is one exception. Do you want to skip the consequences? Maybe you both agreed that a replacement wasn't needed. The worker can then withdraw from the gig before it starts. You then decide whether to report it with or without consequences.
A no-show also negatively impacts the worker's profile. The number of no-shows in the last 6 months is visible to all clients.
