Sometimes last-minute arrangements happen, and a worker might start a gig without a formal post. If this happens, you can still process the hours via the platform.
Contact your YoungOnes contact person or use the live chat. Provide the worker's name, the date, hours worked, and the hourly rate. We will then process the hours manually so the worker gets paid. You will see these hours added to your invoice.
Good to know: always ensure a match on the platform before the start. This ensures the worker is insured during the gig.
