As a client, you can deploy workers in Belgium. In that case, you always need an A1 declaration. If the worker does not have an A1 declaration, they risk a fine. This document proves that workers remain socially insured in the Netherlands temporarily. This way, they do not have to pay Belgian premiums.

A Limosa-1 notification must also be filed. This notification must be submitted before the gig starts and is valid for a maximum of 24 months.

Please note that a new notification must be made for every gig with different tasks. A Limosa-1 certificate is not required for all types of work. You can read which activities are exempt on this website.
