You can send a worker home early. But keep in mind: the worker is entitled to 50% of the agreed hours. There are three exceptions to our cancellation policy where the worker cannot claim these hours. Read more about that here.
Want to extend a gig? You can, but only if you both agree. The worker then has the right to invoice the extra hours worked.
Do you make different arrangements about work times? Always confirm this in writing. A quick WhatsApp message is enough.
