Leave a negative review
Always leave a rating after approving the hours. Were the worker's skills not what you expected? Share this in your review and add a short explanation. This keeps the platform transparent and improves the quality of workers.
Block the worker
Don't want a worker to see your gigs anymore? Block them via their profile. Find more info here.
Report the worker
Did a worker behave inappropriately? Report them immediately using the flag icon in their profile. We will contact the worker, discuss the situation, and take further action if needed. We take these reports very seriously.
Be clear about consequences
State your rules clearly in the gig description, for example about being late or no-shows. This way, you can always refer back to them, as you both signed the model agreement.
